This is important for keeping healthy and staying happy. In addition, spending time outdoors will offer an awe-inspiring way to destress and really find a sense of inner peace that you may not be able to locate otherwise. Consider taking your new exercise routine outdoors at least twice a week, if not more, to empower yourself in a healthy, happy way!
