Q?

What makes us different?

A.

I've been to treatment before, why will Legacy work? / Why go through Legacy's program vs. another treatment program?

Legacy employs a holistic model which involves treating the individual from the inside out. One-size-fits-all treatment centers don't work, and this is proven time and time again by many pre-existing models. Everyone who abuses drugs and/or alcohol has 2 things in common.

  1. Deep inside all of us is an underlying cause. This is the "why" behind the abuse. Many, if not most, individuals come through our doors with trouble identifying, or even acknowledging, that an underlying cause exists within them. We spend our entire lives covering up circumstances and/or situations that have completely shaped the person we've become. All the while taking us further, and ever further, away from our deepest sense of who we really are. Underlying causes are too numerous to list here. The important thing to recognize is that with individualized help we uncover this cause, and facilitate healing through individual sessions, group sessions, labs, and through the use of alternative therapies and activities.
  2. We all have a purpose on this earth. A passion, or passions, that lie within. How many people do you know
that are truly, deeply happy with themselves and their lives? Unfortunately, the answer is far too often none or not many. With the aid of life purpose sessions, therapy, group sessions, and alternative therapies; we can help you discover the person you truly are. We'll work to unlock the dreams, desires, and passions within you that you may not even realize exist. We all have dreams inside of us. The journey is reaching down to the core and rediscovering our reason for being alive. At Legacy, people don't simply conquer drug and alcohol dependency, they rediscover a zest and passion for living that is all but forgotten or may have never been fully realized. We weren't put here to suffer through "addiction!"

Discover who you are and your deepest reasons for being. Live life with a passion uncommon to this world. Call (877) 254-5536 now to learn more.

Q?

Can't I just deal with my addiction on my own?

A.

How well has recovery on your own worked thus far? How long have you put off what you know in your heart you most need to do? You aren't alone. Some statistics show that 1 in 6 Americans suffer from some form of drug or alcohol dependency. Most people need help to stop. Until you uncover and heal the underlying cause and determine your true calling and path and live it, it's far, far too easy to succumb back to the throes of dependency and substance abuse. Reaching out for help is the first step. By reading these words, you've already taken it! Congratulations! Be proud of yourself, and as importantly, be honest with yourself. Take the next step to reclaiming your life, today! You are far too important to suffer for one more day! Call Legacy now at (877) 254-5536, and let us help with your recovery.

Q?

Do I need inpatient treatment?

A.

Legacy's intensive outpatient treatment program rivals most 30-day inpatient treatment programs. The work we do here gets results and is unlike most treatment centers in the world. Speak with one of our Admissions Counselors to see if short-term, inpatient detox would help you safely, medically stabilize before you begin our treatment.
