What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you request assistance, submit an information request, join a discussion list, subscribe to a newsletter, or contact us for support, we ask for your contact information, which is used for internal operations and/or to provide you with updated information on our services.

Your contact information is retained when requesting a return call, asking to speak with a counselor and/or inquiring about treatment or more information.  We use this information internally to better serve you and, at times, notify you about changes and improvements made at Legacy Freedom Treatment Centers.  We do not sell or share your information with 3rd parties. You have the right to opt-out of future communications from Legacy Freedom Treatment Centers if you so choose. To do so, please send a brief message via our web contact form stating you do NOT want to receive future communications from Legacy Freedom Treatment Centers.

If most normal cases, no one other than Legacy staff will be aware of the contact you made with our substance abuse treatment center. However, in some exceptional cases, disclosure may be required by law.
